Don Bosco Kep | Technical education for the poor

Welcome to the Don Bosco Vocational Center  Kep City - Kingdom of Cambodia The Don Bosco Foundation of Cambodia, DBFC, based in the Kingdom since 1999 as a national and international organization to support children and young people from poverty by giving the opportunity to study, opened a school in Kep in 2002 for disadvantage young women of the region in the skill of sewing. The natural beauty of the place between the sea and the hills of the Kep National Park, makes also the place a great center of meetings and retreats.  Kep Province is just at the Vietnamese border and the provinces of Kampot and Takeo, a rural region...

We thanks all our benefactors, who are making possible the opening of the Don Bosco Vocational Center (DBVC) for the technical education of young farmers from Kep, Kompot and Takew provinces. But we need more help to continue the development of the DBVC... We find difficulties in setting programs like PayPal or Moneybookers that would facilitate any quick donation sending through the Internet. Those companies do not facilitate services such as donations to NGOs settled in Cambodia. Other organizations providing online donation software services, actually charge it - Of course, for many, aid is just a kind of business in this globalize world.
